About
The Grace Elizabeth Baking Company was founded in February of 2020, by means of an SAE at the Stamford Agricultural Science Program at Westhill High School, starting with an Instagram account. I launched the website in July of 2020, and published by first monthly blog in August, 2020. Since then, I have grown to almost 300 followers on Instagram, made many birthday cakes, and in 2021, started the Tolla Tuesday's program in Ag.
Mission
My mission as a baker is to spread love through my baked goods. Whether that means helping a customer surprise their partner on Valentine's Day, surprising someone with a birthday cake, or donating proceeds to charity when I am able, it is a pleasure use food for good. I am excited to continue doing so as my business continues to grow.
About The Owner
My name is Grace Elizabeth and I am currently a senior at Westhill High School. My paternal grandparents were both avid foodies, and even ran a restaurant in downtown Stamford for many years. Culinary arts are in my blood, and that is where my interest and taste come from. I have been baking regularly for about six years, after taking classes at the local community college.
