The June Blog

Welcome to June everyone! I hope you're all finishing the school year strong, and congratulations to the graduating classes of 2021. Plus, summer is almost here! Only sixteen more days for me.

Thank you again for 200 followers, as well as for the entering the giveaway I hosted! Winners were announced live on May 31st, and congratulations to Fiona for winning.

Last month, we supported The Jed Foundation because it was mental health awareness month. They are an award winning organization that strives to teach young adults how to combat mental illness and raise awareness in everyday communities. It was an honor to support their work.

This month, we will be supporting GLAAD, which stands for Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation! Since it's pride month, I have picked an organization that has been supporting the LGBTQ+ community since their founding in 1985. They have fought bravely to change the world to be more accepting of LGBTQ+ people, including changing laws, policies, and education systems. You can learn more about them here. I'm super excited to assist them this month, and I hope you are too.

The spring menu is no longer available starting today. Orders that contains items from the spring menu will be completed as usual, but no other orders may be placed! Thank you so much for enjoying the spring menu, and I hope you are just as excited for the summer menu that will be out in a few days.

That being said, from June 20th to mid-August, The G.E Baking Company will be temporarily closed for my Connecticut customers. During this time, I live in New York state and will not be able to transported anything to the Stamford area. However, my services are still available in the Alexandria Bay and Clayton, New York area, if you find yourselves there.
